We offer an excellent accommodation service, designed to meet the differing needs of our students. We understand how important it is for each student to feel happy, safe and comfortable.

When you enrol, please indicate which accommodation option you prefer. Our Student Service Department will arrange your accommodation for you (if required).

Homestay

One of the popular ways to experience New Zealand culture is to stay with a homestay or New Zealand host family. Families are carefully screened and have to meet very high standards regulated by the New Zealand Ministry of Education (M.O.E.). Regent International Education Group will monitor these accommodations also will ensure the accommodation meets our own requirements. A single, clean, private room with bed, dresser, lamp and study-desk are the basics you will expect. Homes are on public transportation routes (or the home-stay family or school will advise or arrange transportation to your classes).

If requested a profile of your family will be provided, so that you can contact them before you come to New Zealand. If you are not happy in your family for any reason we will move you to a new family. (This may require an additional placement fee, student need to inform school two week before move out).

Living in homestay accommodation with a Kiwi family is an excellent way of rapidly improving your English and learning about New Zealand culture. All students who are under 18 years of age must live in homestay accommodation.

Our homestay families are carefully chosen and inspected and meet the high standards of Regent International Education Group. Students will be given a comfortable furnished bedroom and breakfast and dinner.

New Zealand families are typically friendly and kind. Living in a homestay provides a student with a comfortable and safe family environment and the opportunity to make lots of friends.

Approximate Cost: $220 per week.

Apartments and flat-share

Some students prefer to stay in apartments or to flat-share with friends. Our accommodation service will find apartments and flat-mates for students who prefer this option. This kind of accommodation is suitable for mature students and those who have been living in New Zealand for a reasonable period of time.

Approximate Cost: $185-$250 per week.

Hostels

Hostel accommodation is suitable for shorter stays. There are three inexpensive hostels in close proximity to the school.

Approximate Cost: $200-$250 per week.
